Goulds traditional Saveloy skinless range use a superior mix of meat
and spices which is filled into a 29mm red cellulose casing. The
saveloy is then pre-cooked and skins removed before being free-flow
frozen. Approximately 130mm in length and 60gms in weight.

pre-cooked, skin removed and then free-flow frozen. Each saveloy

The addition of different seasonings to the
traditional mix of superior meat used for the standard Saveloy make
the Mr T darker and slightly sweeter. The Large Mr T’s use a 29mm
diameter red cellulose casing which is removed after pre-cooking
ahead of free-flow freezing. Each weighs approximately 75gms and
measures 150mm in length.

The big daddy of saveloys weighing 130gms. The Supa
Mr T uses the same selection of meat and seasonings as the Large Mr
T but is filled into a bigger 32mm diameter cellulose casing,
measuring 180mm in length.

and filled into an easy peel 24mm diameter cellulose casing. The
Frankfurters are then pre-cooked, skinned and frozen (shatter pack).
Each measures approximately 200mm in length and weighs 80gms.
