Pre-cooked before free-flow freezing.

Large

Finely chopped blend of sausage meat and seasonings using a 30mm edible collagen casing, approximately 150mm in length.
Pre-cooked and frozen (shatter pack).  Weigh approximately 130gms each.

Supa

A mix of finely chopped meat lightly seasoned and filled into an edible 30mm diameter collagen casing, approximately 180mm in length and 150gms in weight.  Pre-cooked and frozen (shatter pack).

Breakfast

A mix of beef, pork and chicken finely ground and lightly seasoned. Filled into a smaller breakfast sized 23mm edible collagen casing, before being pre-cooked and frozen (shatter pack).  Weighing approximately 25gms and measuring 60mm in length.

Standard - skinless

Using a selected blend of sausage meat and seasonings the standard skinless uses a 29mm diameter easy peal cellulose casing.
The sausages are pre-cooked before the skins are removed and the product is frozen, free-flow.  Weigh approximately 60gms and measure 130mm in length.
