skinned and sticked before being coated in a crispy batter, fried
and free-flow frozen to seal in the flavour.

unique colour. After being precooked the casing is removed and the
sausage is sticked before the hotdog is dipped in a crispy batter,

Larger than Goulds traditional Hot Dog the Hound Dog uses a 30mm
diameter cellulose casing, weighing approximately 200gm. The sausage
is then skinned before being pre-sticked with a round stick, coated
in a crispy batter, fried and then free-flow frozen.

using a 32mm diameter cellulose casing (removed after precooking).

blend of sausage meat and seasonings as the standard Hot Dog. Weighing approximately 35gms each the Mini Hot Dog uses a smaller
red 23mm diameter casing, and measures 60mm in length. Sticked and
coated in a
crispy batter before being fried and free-flow frozen.
